If you follow the Paleo diet, you’ve probably experienced at least one or two evenings in which your schedule doesn’t allow you time to shop for and prepare your meal. However, scanning through your take-out menus or grubhub app doesn’t always result in finding an option that will work with your diet. The struggle is over. In fact, there are quite a few options for you – many of them local to the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. Below we’ve compiled a list of both local and national restaurants and companies that cater to Paleo’s grain, dairy, and sugar free parameters. Take a look! Hopefully you’ll find something that works with your diet and your lifestyle.

Local Paleo Food Delivery Miami Options
Sometimes you have errands to run, appointments to attend, or meetings that run late, and there’s just not enough time to prepare a meal. Don’t worry. You’ve got options. If you’re interested in supporting your local food scene, there are plenty of local delivery companies and restaurants in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area that cater to Paleo customers. While some of these chef delivery companies don’t cater exclusively to the Paleo Customer, many of them carry multiple menu items that work with the tenets of Paleo. You’ll hopefully be able to find something that appeals.
Note, some of the companies in the Miami area such as The Paleo Crave (thepaleocrave.com) have recently closed, so we have removed them from this listing.
Primal Organic
Primal Organic offers Paleo meal delivery plans throughout Miami-Dade County (although not currently up to Ft. Lauderdale). Meals are made with grass fed meats as well as wild caught fish (salmon). They offer Paleo meals that focus on Organic ingredients, although they “do their best” and also may select responsible/sustainably raised ingredients that are not certified. Primal Organic offers meals in 3 sizes, Skinny, The Prime and Athlete and give you the option of ordering 3 meals per day or selecting only one or two meals per day. Meals are delivered 3 nights per week in cooler bags with ice packs dropped off at your door. The Wholly Kitchen
The Wholly Kitchen focuses on gluten free meals that use healthy ingredients. They offer a Paleo meal plan as well as gluten free vegan and traditionally healthy meal plans. The Wholly Kitchen covers all of Dade and Broward County except Homestead with their meal deliveries. Meals are delivered daily each evening for the next day and plans are ordered by the week. WMC Paleo is a very reasonably priced option for getting Paleo Meals delivered in Miami (or as takeout). They offer a 5 meal weekly plan with prices starting around the price of a single meal at a fancy restaurant. Meal packages are offered at a discount for members of WMC.

Primitive Nutrition

The Good Kitchen
The Good Kitchen offers a weekly changing menu of Paleo meals made with in-season ingredients that are organic and/GAPS certified, grass fed and grass finished, pastured or wild and sourced from farmers they have a direct relationship with.
