Our readers in the southern US have often wondered if they can pick up Paleo-friendly frozen meals at their local Publix. We attempted to do some research on the frozen dinners available at Publix supermarkets looking at their Paleo offerings to attempt to answer this question for them.
There are currently two Paleo frozen meals available at Publix supermarkets in the freezer aisle. Both are made by Evol Foods and advertise themselves as Paleo-friendly. They are the Unwrapped Chicken Egg Roll Bowl and Guajillo Chicken & Cauliflower Bowl.
That said, these meals may not work for everyone depending on how strictly you are following the Paleo diet. In this article we cover what we found in more detail and make suggestions for avid Publix shoppers on how to purchase Paleo compliant meals when you are in a time crunch.

Well, 2020 was one interesting year, that much is certain. From a global pandemic to multiple lockdowns to protests to elections, it’s become apparent that looking after your health is so important (although there have certainly been times I’ve reached for the wine bottle this year).

Quasi-Paleo Frozen Dinners at Publix
Not everyone needs to eat a strict Paleo diet all of the time, and if you’re one of the lucky ones, you may find that quasi-Paleo frozen meals might add variety to your busy lifestyle.
