Lean Lifestyle offers several healthy meals plans focused on weight loss for residents of Arizona. Although they don’t focus exclusively on Paleo, they do offer a Paleo plan which promises antibiotic and preservative free ingredients, focuses on following Paleo guidelines and also focuses on maintaining a specific ratio of fats to proteins to carbs in each meal. Trifecta, based in California, is one of the few services that feature a range of diet programs, so if someone in your house doesn’t strictly follow Paleo, there are other options to explore. Eatology is one of the most affordable options for meal plans on this list. They are the only company that creates meals in compliance with both the Paleo and the Zone diet (which focuses on weight loss and macronutrient balance). Eatology has a wide variety of meal plans, and their pricing is consistent, regardless of meal content. Depending on how many servings there are per meal, a single meal will cost either $10.50 or $12.75. Pete’s Paleo has gotten a lot of press and has been featured on numerous TV shows, and in newspapers and magazines (you can check on their website for the complete list of places).
